Why shop local with FRQ
The ease of looking online, with the certainty of buying in person.
It costs you nothing
No sign-up fee, no booking fee and no delivery charge. You pay the shop's price and nothing on top.
No wasted trips
Stock and prices come from the shopkeeper, so you only go out for something that is actually there.
Try before you pay
See the colour in daylight, feel the cloth and check the fit. You pay only once you are sure.
Today, not next week
It is a short walk or ride away. Reserve in the morning and wear it the same evening.
Real shops, real people
Every shop has an address, opening hours and a shopkeeper you can talk to if something goes wrong.
Reviews from real buyers
Only customers with a bill from the shop can leave a review, so what you read comes from people who bought.
Nothing to install
FRQ runs in your phone's browser. Open it, search, and close it. It takes no space on your phone.

Questions shoppers ask
More answers are on the questions page.
Is FRQ free for shoppers?
Yes. Browsing shops, checking prices and stock, and reserving an item are all free. You pay the shop its own price at the counter, and FRQ adds no fee.
Do I pay online?
No. You reserve online and pay the shopkeeper directly when you collect, after you have seen the item and tried it.
How long is a reserved item kept for me?
A reservation is held for 48 hours. The shopkeeper confirms the stock and the final price, so it is worth a quick look at your reservation before you leave home.
Do I need to install an app?
No. FRQ works in the browser on any phone. Open frq.in and start looking.
Which markets and cities are on FRQ?
FRQ is live in Mumbai, and we are adding markets one by one. The markets page always shows the current list.
Are these real shops?
Yes. Each shop on FRQ is a shop you can walk into, with its address, opening hours and its own web page. FRQ reviews every shop before it is listed.
Who handles a return or an exchange?
The shop you bought from. Its name and contact details are on your receipt, and each shop sets its own return terms.
What does FRQ mean?
FRQ means Find Retail Quickly: a quick way to find local markets, the shops inside them and what they have in stock.
Your market is open. Have a look around.
